Cha Sook Young, known professionally as Cha Soo Kyung, is a South Korean singer-songwriter and former member of the girl group DAISY. She graduated from Suwon Women's University with a bachelor's degree in Popular Music.

Soo Kyung made her debut in 2001 as main vocalist of the group with their 1st single album "Alone." The group disbanded less than six months later and she began pursuing her solo career. However, in 2009 she suffered from vocal cord nodules and her career was halted for several years. After not appearing on TV for seven years, she returned for an episode of "Two Yoo Project Sugar Man Season 1" (투유 프로젝트 - 슈가맨) where she sang her signature song.
