Yoon Ji Won, known professionally as Chloe, is a South Korean singer, dancer and member of CIGNATURE. She graduated from Crean Lutheran High School and was enrolled in the Data Science program at the University of Michigan but is currently on a leave of absence. Before debuting, she attended Dream Dance & Vocal Class, passed auditions for 9 different companies and spent time as a trainee at Starship Entertainment.

She debuted in 2021 as the group's vocalist with their 2nd EP, "Dear Diary Moment". The group had previously debuted in 2019 but underwent changes after two members did not renew their contracts and left. Their music has received positive reviews, describing it as refreshing and with a unique expression. In August 2023, they came back with their 4th EP, "Us in the Summer".
