Horiuchi Masami is a Japanese actor born in Setagaya Ward, Tokyo. He graduated from Toho Gakuen College of Arts. After working at Dekai Planning, Ishibuchi Office, and Office AMI, he belongs to Blue Bear House.

He studied screenwriting and directing at Toho Gakuen College of Arts, but was scouted by a TBS producer while still in school and made his debut as an actor in the 1973 day drama "Waga Ai".
